Do You Require A Deposit?
Yes, the deposit is £50 this is needed within 7 days of booking. You can pay this by cheque made payable to “Lynroy’s Rest Ltd” or cash. This is non-refundable.

When Do I Need To Pay The Final Balance?
this needs to be paid by cheque 7 days before, or cash on the day.

How Many Kids Should I Invite?
I’ll leave this one to you as long as you have the minimum (Monday to Thursday…. Minimum 15 / Friday to Sunday…. Minimum 20)then invite as many as you wish but please don’t go over 130. LOL…

What Happens If All Of The Kids Don’t Turn Up To The Party?
You are charged for the number of children that attend the party or the minimum number (Monday to Thursday…. Minimum 15 / Friday to Sunday…. Minimum 20) and still get the food for them too if you wish. (if you have order the cold buffet option you will have to pay for the number you booked for as the food is prepared just before the party)

When Do I Need To Let You Know The Final Numbers?
we will usually call you or you can call us a couple of days before the party, if the numbers change just keep us updated.

Can The Parents Stop At The Party?
Yes. The parents are welcome to stop to watch, the bar will be open in between the serving and cooking of the food. (sorry but the kids get priority) chip cobs and hot dinners are also available for the adults this must be ordered at the same time as the kids. Please be aware if you come to stay at a party you may be asked to participate.

When Do We Order The Food For The Kids?
Normally we serve a hot dinner, the kiddies order will be taken when they arrive before the party starts. however a cold buffet can be prepared for you party for an extra charge.

Who Do I Have To Pay For?
All children attending the party have to be paid for, unless they sit quietly with their parents and do not participate.

What Do I Need To Bring To The Party?
All you need to bring is the birthday cake, party-bags, the kids and you will also need cash if you have not paid by cheque seven days before.

Do I Really Have To Join In?
No, of course you don’t. just have a word with simon before the party starts.
